Hello!!!!!! It has been a bit since my last post - so busy, busy with the holidays & trying to survive the last month of this pregnancy!!! I have been experiencing some very uncomfortable carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrists which is definitely impeding upon my scrapping - lots of swelling in the ankles which is absolutely no fun - and a bit of acid reflux. Nothing like going out with a bang right - I shouldn't complain because the pregnancy has been great up to this point but I am so . . . very . . . exhausted . . . and ready to bring this "little" man into the world. I put "little" in quotes because that is a bit of a joke right now. At my last sono Monday the baby was measuring 3 weeks 4 days ahead and currently estimated at 8 lbs. 2 ozs. - let's hope I go early because at this rate I could be pushing out a pretty big baby by January 18th!!!!

Although my wrists and hands are sore, I have been squeezing in some scrapping whenever I can - it keeps me sane you know :) First up to share is my sketch & layout for My Creative Scrapbook. Here's the sketch . . .

  1. Hi Julie: How adorable is your "vintage" layout! (Btw is that what i need to start calling my 80s childhood photos! :) LOL!) Cosmo Cricket is always adorable -- love how you put your own spin on it! Merry Christmas and hope the new guy arrives early!

  3. Here's to hoping they will move up your due date and have that little man come a couple weeks early! I pushed to have Ben's due date up 2 weeks. I only had one ultra sound at the 20 wk. The tech said he was big then and it should be bumped up two weeks. Dr. did it. He was just under 9#'s when he was born. Being I am not a big person, that was a big baby! The head OB at my clinic came in and told me he should of been a c-section delivery... very glad he wasn't!! Gosh, I felt so much better after he was born and that epidural wore off!!!!!

LOVE LOVE your pages!! You are the queen of layering! Your pages always are so perfect!!! Such a great eye for all of those little details!! GORGEOUS!

  4. I feel your pain! I had severe carpal tunnel with my first pregnancy and I remember the pain all too well! I am truly amazed that you are able to scrap at all with that going on. Good for you! Hang in there, girl! As you already know, it's all worth it!
